ADA Accessibility
Legacy Arena has accessible seating options on both levels of the venue. This seating can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Legacy Arena offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) may be checked out, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis, at the Guest Services Desk located outside Section 105. A valid I.D. or credit card is required to ensure the return of equipment.
Admission
All guests entering Legacy Arena must have a valid event ticket to gain admission for all events. Children under 2 years of age may enter the venue free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket in order to verify proper seat locations. Please sit only in your seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations
An AED is a device used to administer an electric shock through the chest wall of the heart. A built-in computer assesses the patient's heart rhythm, judges whether defibrillation is needed and then administers the shock. Audible and / or visual prompts guide the user through the process.
An AED machine is located on the main concourse at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 105, in First Aid behind Section 109, and on the suite level in the northwest and southeast corners. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required.
Airport
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the closest commercial airport and is located southeast of Legacy Arena by 30 miles. It is located at 6000 N Terminal Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30320. For ground transportation information, visit www.atl.com.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is currently NOT sold at Legacy Arena. We are owned by the Douglas County School System. No alcohol can be sold on school property.
Animals
Animals are not permitted in Legacy Arena, with the exception of trained service animals or promotional nights. If you have further questions regarding animals in the venue, please contact us at arena.info@dcssga.org.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) may be checked out, free of charge at the Guest Services Desk located outside Section 105. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located throughout the venue in various men's, women's and all family restrooms.
Backstage Passes
Backstage passes are not available for sale. Passes are usually only provided by artist management. Legacy Arena personnel cannot provide or sell backstage passes and are prohibited from providing any tour personnel information.
Bag Policy
All bags entering Legacy Arena will be searched. No large bags are permitted. Clear bags cannot be any larger than 14" x 14" x 6" (clear bags cannot have any colored tinting or obstructive patterns). Non-clear bags cannot be any larger than 4.5" x 6.5."
*Exceptions may be made for diaper bags (with child present) or bags required for medical purposes.
Banners, Signs, Noisemakers
Hand-held banners and signs, no larger than 22” x 28” are allowed at Legacy Arena and must remain in the guest’s possession at all times. Banners or signs may not be placed on the court, be commercial in nature, obscene or cause any disturbance to other guests. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other guests or obstruct building signage. Legacy Arena Management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception or change this policy at any time.
For all other events at Legacy Arena, such as concerts and family shows, the use and size of banners and signs will be at the discretion of the event organizer. Please contact Legacy Arena guest services at arena.info@dcssga.org.
Guests may not bring artificial noisemakers of any type to Legacy Arena events.
Box Office
Legacy Arena box office is located at the main entrance of the venue inside the main lobby vestibule. The Box Office hours of operations are as follows:
Box Office Open On Event Days Only
The Box Office will open one hour prior to the event's scheduled door time. An event's door time can be found on the event detail page.

All purchases (online and at the box office) are subject to the same service fees.
Cameras & Recording Devices
Camera/Video Policy for Concerts and Family Events:
The use of "non-professional" still cameras during concerts and other events hosted at the venue will be determined on an event-by-event basis. Please contact Legacy Arena at arena.info@dcssga.org on show day with any event specific questions.
Video cameras are not permitted in Legacy Arena, with the exception of working media with approved credentials. This includes but is not limited to GoPros.
Tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) are also not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of working media with approved credentials.
Legacy Arena management reserves the right to ask the patron to take the camera back to their car should the camera, or the process of using the camera, obscure, block or interfere with another patron during an event.
Cancellation & Postponed Events
In the rare occasion that an event at Legacy Arena is postponed or cancelled, please visit www.legacyarenaga.com or check out our @legacyarenaga on social media for updates specific to the event. In most cases, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Cashless Venue
Legacy Arena is a cashless/cash-free facility. Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted forms of payment. Concession stands, portable carts, merchandise stands, and both box office locations will only accept card payments.
To assist guests that would prefer to pay with cash and/or do not have credit or debit cards as a payment option, we have 2 self-serve cash-to-card kiosks located on the concourse, at section TBD and section TBD. These kiosks will be available in the arena for guests to convert cash to a Visa prepaid debit card, for no fee! These cards can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.
These kiosks are extremely easy to use and require a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $500. These kiosks instantly issue an anonymous Visa prepaid card so there are no age restrictions, no credit or background checks, and no fees to the guest!
You can check your card balance anytime by visiting any of the kiosks and choosing the “check by balance” button or from anywhere by dialing the number printed on the back of the card.
Cell Phones
Mobile phones are permitted for most events provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video functions may also be restricted if requested by event management. We encourage you to place your phone in vibrate mode upon entry to Legacy Arena.
Coat Check
Legacy Arena does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings, with the exception of strollers and infant carriers (visit guest services outside section 105). Legacy Arena is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Concourse / Sponsorship
If you would like to represent your company at Legacy Arena, please ask about our sponsorship packages at arena.info@dcssga.org.
Costume Masks
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks that cover the entire face may not be worn while in attendance at any Legacy Arena event.
Door Time
For most events, doors open 1 hour prior to the event start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please visit www.legacyarenaga.com or visit the specific event page of our website for more information.
Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft on Legacy Arena property is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Drop Off & Pick Up Location
The designated drop-off area for guests is located in the circle drive located in front of the main entrance doors. Busses and limos can drop off and pick up in the same location.
Ear Protection
A limited number of child-size ear protective headsets are available at guest services (located outside by section 105) on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ID is required to ensure the return of equipment. Disposable ear-plugs are also available upon request (based on availability) at guest services.
Elevators
Legacy Arena features three (3) elevators. Two are located at the NE and SE sides of the arena, and another in the westside the main concourse behind Section 105 for access to the hospitality suite.
Entrances
Legacy features three (3) primary entrances. The main entrance on the West side of the facility near the Box Office. There are two sets of doors to the left and right of the main entrance doors that will be dedicated VIP entrances for certain events. Please note that the two sets of doors to the left and right of the main entrance doors may not be open for every event, depending on the event. Signage will direct guests to the doors in this case.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency where evacuation of the building is necessary, you will be informed via public announcement to do so. Please remain calm and walk towards the nearest exit. Follow posted signs, staff instructions, and listen for announcements for specific information. If you become separated from your party, the general meeting area for patrons is the main parking lot farthest from the building. In the instance of severe weather or other outside threats, you will be directed via public announcement to remain inside the building and staff will direct you where it is safe to seek shelter.

First Aid
For your safety, Legacy Arena has professionally trained emergency personnel on site for all events. The First Aid station is located outside Section 108 on the main level. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available Legacy Arena representative for assistance.
Food & Beverage
With food and beverage locations throughout the arena, all guests can enjoy a range of menu offerings from local flair to international influence. Choose from four different concession storefronts, and multiple portable carts.
General Admission / GA Floor
General admission tickets can be purchased for select Legacy Arena events, either in the bowl seating or on the floor on a first-come, first-served basis. General admission on the floor is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests with GA Floor tickets must enter designated doors to be determined. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than four (4) hours before event time (subject to change depending on the show, check individual event page for updated details). Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select section entrances which have access to the floor.
Guest Code of Conduct
For the benefit and enjoyment of everyone in attendance, we would like to explain the Guest Code of Conduct:
Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures are subject to ejection without refund.
Guests may not bring artificial noisemakers of any type to Legacy Arena events. At sporting events we encourage everyone to cheer for his or her favorite team and players, but to do so in a manner as to not detract from another fan’s enjoyment of the game.

Guests wearing clothing with language or graphics that may be deemed offensive by other guests may be denied entry into, or ejected from the arena without refund. Clothing that reveals parts of a guest’s body that may be offensive to other guests may also be denied entry or ejected from the arena without refund. All guests must wear shoes and at no time may a guest remove their shirt inside the arena.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in Legacy Arena and on the property. There are no designated smoking areas.
Guests attempting to enter the arena without a valid ticket or occupying a seat for which they do not hold a ticket will be ejected without refund.
All bags are subject to inspection and any prohibited items will be thrown away or must be returned to the guest’s vehicle. Bags must be no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". Backpacks are NOT permitted. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: firearms, knives, weapons and objects that may be used as weapons (i.e. bats, rocks, brooms / Exception: hockey sticks are permitted at Texas Stars games only); laser pointers; air horns; noisemakers; umbrellas larger than 12 inches; laptop computers; wrapped gifts; confetti, streamers; outside food and beverage; cans, bottles, alcohol, and coolers; professional cameras (exceptions apply – see Camera & Video devices section); video recording devices (i.e. GoPro); tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks); cowbells larger than 8” in length; explosives or explosive devices including, but not limited to, fireworks, poppers, cap guns; alcoholic beverages; helium balloons, and inflatable balls; illicit/illegal drugs.
Outside food and beverage containers are prohibited with the exception of guests with medical conditions or small children. Small snacks and bottled water are permitted in those instances and are subject to security approval.
The photography policy for all events is determined by the individual event promoter or tour and varies by event. See the Camera & Recording Devices section of the A to Z guide for complete details.
Strollers are permitted but must be checked-in at Guest Services located behind section 105.
Guests are not allowed to sell tickets or unlicensed merchandise on Legacy Arena property.
Guests interfering with the progress of an event, throwing items within the arena, attempting to distract event participants with a laser pointer, light, or any other item are subject to ejection and arrest.

Handouts / Flyers / Promotional Sampling
The distribution of promotional items, samples, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Legacy Arena property without prior written authorization from Legacy Arena. Please contact arena.info@dcssga.org. for inquiries.
Hotels
Douglasville has many hotels in the area of Legacy Arena. Also, with only being 25 miles from Atlanta you have more choices to pick from. Please visit the Area Hotels section of our website for more information about local hotels and restaurants.
Housekeeping
Guests may contact the nearest guest services representative if there is a spill or a housekeeping concern during an event.
Lost & Found
During an event, lost and found is located at the Guest Services desk behind Section 105. If you think you lost an item during an event, inquiries can be made by emailing arena.lostandfound@dcssga.org.
Lost Children or Companions
Lost children should be escorted to the nearest Legacy Arena team member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest team member for assistance.
Masks
Please note that this policy may be adjusted on a show-by-show basis as dictated by artist or tour policy. Thank you for your cooperation in helping our community stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meet & Greets
Legacy Arena does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or visit the individual event page for information on the artist’ VIP package opportunities.
Meeting Space
If you are interested in booking the Alumni Hospitality Suite, Faculty Hospitality Suite and Executive Conference Room please contact us at arena.info@dcssga.org.
Merchandise
Numerous merchandise or novelty stands are available throughout the main concourse during events.
Nursing Mother's Room
We currently do not have one.
Parking
We will offer limited pre-paid parking pass for our lot. We will also offer additional parking at Hunter Park anda shuttle service from off-site parking areas to be announced.
Re-Entry
Legacy Arena enforces a NO re-entry policy for all events.
Restrooms
Legacy Arena offers ample men's, women's, and family restrooms on both levels of the facility, all of which are accessible to persons with disabilities. Baby changing stations are located in most men's and women's restrooms and all family restrooms.
Security
It is Legacy Arena policy that every person entering the building must go through a security screening process. Please arrive early to allow for this process.
Legacy Arena will employ a third party vendor to run security operations. We will also have uniformed Douglasville PD & Douglas County Sheriff police officers to provide security before, during, and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, Legacy Arena will base event security upon that level along with the performer's security requirements.
Smoking Policy
Legacy Arena is a NO smoking facility.

Strollers
Strollers are not permitted inside the seating area at any time. If necessary, strollers may be checked in at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 105 upon entering the facility. Legacy Arena is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.
Taxi / Car Services
Taxi and car service drop-off and pick-up locations are limited to the Main Entrance doors and can be accessed via Hwy. Limos must drop off and pick up at the same location.
Tailgating
Tailgating is not allowed at Legacy Arena.
Telephones
A telephone is available at no charge at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 105 on the main concourse.
Tickets
Tickets for Legacy Arena events can be purchased online at www.universe.com or by visiting the venue’s box office. Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of Legacy Arena. Legacy Arena is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Legacy Arena will not honor counterfeit or other invalid tickets.
For most events, children under 2 years of age may enter the center free of charge, providing that he or she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests 2 years of age and older must have a ticket to enter the center.
Water Fountains
Accessible water fountains are available on the main concourse and event level.
Wheel Chair Escorts
Legacy Arena offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. Wheelchair Storage
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, Legacy Arena will store your wheelchair at Guest Services. Our staff will make arrangements at time of retrieval to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other preferable time.
Will Call
All tickets are now mobile and can be managed or transfered directly from your phone. Will call is no longer available.
Wireless Access
TBD
